The DailyAwards.com website (the ‘Website’) is owned and operated privately.
Your access to this Website, including but not limited to its public forums, is
conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices

together with DailyAwards.com’s Privacy Statement. Your use of, and/or access to,
the Website constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Statement.
DailyAwards.com reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time. The Website
and these Terms of Use are intended to apply internationally to residents located
throughout the world. The provisions of these Terms of Use survive termination.

in any manner which violates any right of DailyAwards.com or an associated entity or

4. Your Obligations
You must use the Website in a responsible manner. You must not:

The Terms of Use are effective until terminated by DailyAwards.com.
DailyAwards.com may terminate the Terms of Use and your access to the Website
at any time without notice. In the event of termination, all restrictions
imposed on you by the Terms of Use and/or disclaimers and limitations of
liability set out in the Terms of Use will survive.
6. Additional Terms and Conditions
- Uploading your work to DailyAwards.com does NOT imply that you are releasing copy rights to your images. Your work remains yours.
- Your email address will not be shared with external parties or even other members of this site, unless authorized by you.
- DailyAwards.com will resize your image as it appears on different pages throughout the site.
- DailyAwards.com does not guarantee your image will not be downloaded from this site. You have the right to mark up your
image any way you wish. Place a copyright © symbol on the image if you are concerned.
- DO NOT submit obscene, nude, profane, violent or otherwise untasteful images to this site. This policy is socially enforced.
If you have an image selected by the community for removal, your account will be marked and could be deleted.
- Images you submit must be your own work.
- You must have written permission to upload images with models or recognizable people.
- DailyAwards.com does not take any responsibility for the content uploaded by members of the site.
- Inactive accounts will be removed after 75 days.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable.
- Subscribed accounts removed for abuse or inactivity will not be issued a refund.
- DailyAwards.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at anytime without notice.
Privacy Statement
DailyAwards.com collects personal information about you when you sign-up for an
account. This personal information includes, but is not limited to, your name,
email address and IP address.
How we use this information:
This information is used to communicate with you about comments you have
recieved from community members, messages from the administrator as well
as newsletters and contest updates that are sent on a regular basis.

DailyAwards.com does not share your information with any third parties.

DailyAwards.com sends you and following the directions provided. Additionally,
