WHAT I WROTE ABOUT SOMEONE'S POOR RATING

I'm always amazed & confused when a weighted voter of 1 gives a rating of a 6 to any photograph. A "6" in this case isn't even equivalent to a "D" or "F" in school, but lower since the "teacher" has a voting weight of 1 or is essentially a teacher who doesn't even have a teaching certificate. There are other "teachers" here that have weights of 400+ (up to 500) that have graded this photo with an 8 or 7. Please give deeper thought to your voting. Regards,
