Adding a question to comment requests

I have just completed work on the comment system to allow you to submit a question with your comment request. Now when you click 'request comments', you will be taken to a form where you may optionally add a question. If you wish to not add a question, you should be able to just click the submit button and it will process the request.

Please report any bugs around this feature to me. I hope this helps improve communication between users.

I just tested this - worked ok. I think it might be more beneficial (educational?) if the original question was also included with the reply. Any thoughts... We
