After a few incidents with the comment system lately, I have decided to update the site rules. 99.9% of comments left are well intentioned and within the bounds of these rules. However, I do not feel it is appropriate to leave comments that are not constructive at any time, and particularly on the home page images, this is not something I feel most users of this site wish to view.
So, the new rules simply state that one should leave constructive comments or congratulatory messages. They also serve to inform users that posting anonymously only masks your identity from the community and not from the site administration.
