As of two minutes ago, things are back to full speed. I think Admin was performing routine maintenance or possible implementing website improvements. Should be better for everyone now.

OK...it's gone south again....I wonder if it would be possible to have some notice posted somewhere that would advise of maintainence or other issues that would affect site speed....this is becoming quite frustrating.

Voter Perspective was implemented this morning. I suspect that as this was installed and tweaked, it caused some website performance degradation. Website speed seems to be about 90% now.

I noticed earlier today (while I was working on that new page) the server was running pretty hard. It could be a number of things, but if performance does not improve over the remainder of the day, just post back here and I will recycle the server.
