For the past few months, DA has been completely ad free. Beginning soon, ads will be reintroduced for free accounts only.
The voting system will continue to be ad free for all account classes. This change will place a banner ad near the top of each page that will be visible for free accounts and accounts that are not authenticated.
You can see an example of this change here. If you see nothing different, it likely means you are logged into your paid account.
