What do you do when you get RFC's that are blank..nothing written at all? Then when you asked specifically...'please tell me why you are voting so low on my photos?'......the response does come.....in a different language!

Anyone else have this issue..........please tell me I'm not the only one!

Thanks,

~L

Yet another reason the RFC's are a cause of flusteration . There ore over 4000 members I am sure that they all can not wright  or speek  well in english , I also know that a large part of english speeking people can not speek other languages , and not wright them . seems like if people are trying to answer they are doing the best they can . I believe that if all RFC's were answered you would get alot that were not in english . Like the old saying a pic is worth a 1000 words , you don't have to speek the same language to see beauty .

That's all fine and good........but then don't vote 2pts below what the photo is averaging and not be able to explain why. I received 8 blank RFC's this morning, and only after asking 'please.... something in writing', did I get the one I can't read. Surely, they could click on the quick comment if nothing else.

Not sure but my guess would be ( sorry has great light )  I worked with the public for a lot of years and know it is not always easy to comunicate ,but it is just as hard for the other person who does not speek english . I have always been amazed at how hard some try .

I understand your flustration but don't forget ,they did not know they were voting 2 points below what the photo was averaging at the time of their vote .

I have received a couple of "blank" comment request replies. I can only assume that the person does not want to make a comment but by sending the message back "blank" it shows up as "completed" on their image stats so giving the impression that they answer all requests!!!!
