Perhaps because she was a cheat and a scoundrel and left under a cloud. Maybe because many of us suffered her bombastic presence for far too long and were glad to see the back of her. Maybe we think that, due to her collusive nature, her output is tainted, her reputation worthless and therefore -mourning her passing - shambolic. . You're quite a devious and disingenuous guy Sandy. The only reason you have raised the grisly spectre of DF is because it pains you to see Will lauded in this manner by his many friends who admired all aspects of his character. You have hounded and harried him for a long time. Even last night you were posting "obnoxious rants" which caused a thread of mine to be closed down. Elsewhere, you state that you consider yourself to be "a nice guy" - I'm glad that at least YOU think that to be the case. . You're a nice guy (obnoxious ranting aside) - DFa wonderful woman (cheating aside) - you appear to be made for each other. . Edited to add - Will - pm me ????

Putting all the bulls**t aside the photographic of Deborah and Will, I miss. IMHO they were both fine photographers and the site will be a sadder place without there work to vote on and view.

Well, seriously, Ms. Frances had the potential to be a top ranked photographer here. She chose to collude and cheat to achieve her gains. Yes, it's tragic, but it was her tragic choice.... verified by her ban for life. Life is full of choices.
Will King accomplished his achievements through quality photography. No one has officially told me why Will departed. And, I hope for his eventual return.
Ms. Frances will not be returning in our lifetimes. And, that is the difference.

| I miss Will. Will was a 'Renaissance Man' on DA. Yes, his photos of beach scenes and sunsets were recognizably excellent, but he also dabbled in all other categories.....making him a very proficient and fair voter. Let's hope that with time he will consider coming back......there is a void that needs filling. ~L
