Why is it that when it gets near to reopening uploads, you vote for a while then refresh and the ratio has dropped rather than going up?

| The voting ratio is based on the past 24 hours. . My guess is that as you were voting others votes fell out of that 24 hour time frame. If you cast 50 votes today at the same time three members cast 50 votes each yesterday, the net effect during the trailing 24 hour period would be 100 less votes. This would cause a decline in the overall voting ratio when you checked after voting. WE
