I don't think that there is a way to display jsut the active images, only images with awards or archived images. Use a copy of my data if you like as an example Glynn and let's see what you are are seeing. WE

wemor (12/11/2007) You cannot vote on any archived images. Once archived, an image is removed from any voting selection. The image retains its ratings at the time of the archive action and remains in competition for any awards it has qualified for until the submitting photographer deletes the photo from their portfolio. WEI am almost positive that I have received many votes on some of my archived images. Actually, for some reason people have been able to vote twice on some of my images. Any idea what causes that WE?

| The two-vote deal happened when Eric opened up more images to vote on (those with votes over 90 days) as a 1 time event during the startup of DAv3. This was to give some voting opportunities to many that had voted the entire pool. . Here is the link for that notification: One Time Policy Violation . I have never see any indication that an archived image has received any votes. My understanding is that this is not a possibility, though anything is possible. One change that has been made is that archived images are now holding their voting record for 30 days after being arcihved. Previously, the individual voting record was deleted at the point of archive. Now that data is kept for 30 additional days with each archived image.

Glynn (12/14/2007) However if I click on my name in the Top Photographers it shows me as having many many active images - what gives?. I see what you are talking about now. From the Top Photographers List your link takes you to YOUR PROFILE page. Everyone's profile page has two list. . The first list are of images that have EARNED AWARDS. This list displays both any ARCHIVED IMAGE and any ACTIVE IMAGE that has an AWARD. This combination of both Archived and Active images in the same list may be leading you to think that only active image are displayed. . The second list on that PROFILE page is headed as ARCHIVED IMAGES and shows ALL archived images for a user regardless of their award status. A user with a number of Awards and a number of Archived images will have a lot of duplication in the two lists displayed on this page. . For efficiency, I feel it would be better to eliminate the duplication between the list and show one list of images with AWARDS and another list of archived images WITHOUT AWARDS. This would cover both bases and to me, would make the two list more meaningful. It would avoid the confusion of having two very similar listings on the same page. WE
