Umm...just lookin at smoked salmon is disgusting LOL..some Sous Chef I am  ...I absolutely love to fish actually nor do I mind cleanin the fresh catch..,,go figure,,I just do not care for fish at all.. I love shellfish,,them tasty ole bottom feeders lol.. and there are one or two kinds of fish I can handle..being the ole battered haddock and Opa(hawaiin moonfish)oh and what is that other one called...."Poor man's lobster" ...forget the name of it... but if it tastes fishy..forget it.

Mmmmmh smoked salmon, yummy, making my mouth reading the thread! A restaurant here does a hotcake, smoked salmon and avocado stack with hollindaise sauce, scrumdidilumptious!

Of course I did a little ps work  That's my brother, who caught the fresh salmon! What a crazy theme!!!! LMAO Can't wait to see what everyone else comes up with!
