Has anyone PMd Eric instead of just complaining about the "cemetery"???? I would like to see you handle a website of this magnitude and another job (which I believe Eric does!).

I agree. There's nothing fast about what's happening with the challenges now. Any impetus that was there seems to have been lost in the muddled shuffle that seems to be going on. Perhaps the word Cemetery would be more appropriate than Challenge at this point.

I am sure this is just a temporary kink :)..

I know the 20 gets filled up fast but the site now has over 4000 members, 35 might not even be enough in the future :D..

I don't like the 35 entries for the challenges. Challenges are something extra to do while you wait for your images to win awards but now we're having to wait on challenges. I think they should have just stayed at 20. :Whistling:

Like a few other people who enjoy taking part in the challenges, I've become frustrated with the lack of clarity regarding the process leading up the voting. I followed the DAGC thread reagrding changes, but saw no evidence that a vote had been taken and passed. It certainly hasn't appeared in any form that helps challenge voters know that. So now that Animal Faces has its required 35 entries, what happens next? Will lights start flashing somewhere to notify members that the polling station is now open?

Maybe we could get a countdown to fill the 35 so people know they can still enter. You know like there was on the 20 to go...

Yes it's 35 now...if you go up to community then to DAGC there is a list of proposals and things that are being voted on and this is one that past. Hope this helps you and others.

Hey all

I noticed a couple of current challenges have not yet been open to voting. Is there a reason why? They each have plenty of entries...based on the 20 that I had noticed before in other challenges.

Just wondering what was up.
