If you bold, underline, change the font or anything else without having the provided font first or somewhere in the body of your post, it will give you the HTML error. This includes copy and paste. I have had this happen sometimes when starting a post with another's quote.</P><P>.</P><P>A quick fix can be to add a letter or punctuation mark in front of the quote or special character and then the post is accepted. Usually, if you use the PREVIEW, you will know if the post is accepted. </P><P>.</P><P>Also, after the post is accepted, you can go back and remove the letter or punctuation that you added in the first place to avoid starting the post with an odd charactor. This can be done before you hit POST REPLY.</P><P>.</P><P>This is rare, but I have see it happen before.
