I had the same problem yesterday - its a nightmare. You need to go into the Forum, click on members at the top, search for the member using the "members name begins with" button, and if you're fortunate enough to know their handle you can them send a pm. What a load of codswallop.

Excuse my ignorance here guys.

I have just received a private comment on one of my images but there doesn't seem to be a straightforward way of replying to it. It does not include the senders email address nor does it give the option to reply. Any help appreciated.
