| For the last week or so my photo Red prom IV has had 44 votes And has been passed up for a signature award. Is there a reason for this? TC

It's not rated high enough. Your image is ranked #3000 ish in signature rankings and the category winner for today is something like 500 in portrait.

| I THOUGHT YOU HAD TO HAVE 30 SIG VOTES IN THAT PARTICULAR CATEGORY WHICH IS DIGITAL ART. OTHERS BELOW ME HAVE PASSED ME BY.

Category Awards (both Regular and Signature) require 15 votes to qualify for awards. The 15 signature votes must come from the signature voting group. As of today (3/26) There are six qualifying images on the Digital Signature listing that are averaging higher than the entry you mentioned. WE

Oh sorry. I didn't even notice what category it was in. On that note though, Digital Art? How does that qualify? Looks a lot like a portrait to me.
