Personally, I've only noticed a few members here that have the knowledge worth seeking so be selective as to who you learn from (just my opinion ).

It is not just members giving low votes for subject alone....let us not forget the higher votes which are begrudged simply because their images don't do as well as they think they should and also the monotonous 6's and 7's which can be used negatively as well..
