I just got back from vacation and tried to upload an image. Apparently "uploads are disabled for everyone"until the voting ratio goes up. So lets get voting people!!!

Just to test the system this morning, I was able to vote and upload images. So, whatever problem may be intermittent. I'm also receiving votes.
