Would anyone mind educating me on water pics?
specifically of the water drop kind?
I know they have a degree of difficulty but what are some things to note while viewing and voting on these?
Anyone have any samples of awesome water drop accomplishments?
I saw a few today whilst voting, I felt I needed to get some advice and some knowledge about this obviously challenging subject.
Thank you !!

Connie P has the best ones I've seen. How she does it....I've not got a clue. ~L Thank you for the complament . Water drop photography follows all the same rules ,comp, sharpness , shape . My water drops are a bit different in that I am usualy shooting to capture an image in a falling drop ,I don't have a lot to compare with as few shoot these types of shots . the norm is to shoot a still drop to get the image .or no image just the drop with colors . My drops have gotten a lot of comments & I have been contacted by a grafic desginer who wants to use some of my drops & have me shoot some special ones for her . So a new camera is in the works this site has some awsome water drop pics .http://www.liquidsculpture.com/ Flicker also has some great water drop photographers .

Oh yes , I have seen these before , quite awhile ago I had forgotten..they are simply amazing..!!! ummm, how far away does the camera have to be to not get splashed..lol.. No, seriously Thanks everyone for the congrats . Yes his work is awsome , I am still working on that faned splash of his ,only ever got that a few times . How close to the water you get depends on your camera , I have to get close & yup I get splashed a lot .the distance is determand by the fource of the splash and where you are directing it . There is always a risk of getting splashed ,so a lense cloth is always in my hand .
