Can someone tell me if you can  delete the e-mails from your deleted folder I can not seem to do this??

In the Control Panel >> Private Messages >>> Empty PM Folders

Yes, it is a daunting choice to click on the "Empty PM Folders" item, because it implies losing some things you may wish to save. But, never fear, when you click on "Empty PM Folders", a menu box appears, like the one shown below. Just click in the box at the end of the row with Deleted Items and then click on "Empty Selected".



You will retain the InBox and Sent Items and delete the items in the trash.

Ah, thank you Richard I just hate having useless e-mails taking up space!
