lalalalaaaa...

Yes Tonka, I do think they are going quite quickly..

we might want to raise the allotment of entries and voting.. or maybe just the voting..

hmmm....or perhaps have the voting based on time instead of numbers....

though I am thinking. that 30 images might be a nice number..? not too many and not too few..

I dunno just some thoughts...

anyone else?

Tonka your a riot...But I don't know I think it's fun to have them go quickly it gives me something to shoot for next....it's a hobby for me so I could see not having time if it's a job but I only wish I had that problem!

Ok rambling done

I'm not sure about your other question....maybe longer than one second?

It really depends on who you ask or what you're shooting. Long exposure in sports could mean anything slower than 1/60 second. Typically it can range from 1/15 to many hours. I didn't create the challenge but I can only assume that the challenger wants long exposure to show that it's a long exposure; showing some sort ot motion blur.

Thanks both of you

Yeah as far as the challenges, it seems like you just have to get lucky to catch the voting on them...I see the upload challenge slots are filling very quick....

gosh, I don't have any time at all to just drop everything to try and get a piccie in ..so that was all I was saying...

LOL...( I don't mind talking to myself when no one else will I keep very good company )

I agree with Will.  I think it usually means anything longer than hand-held (anything longer than 1/30 to me) but the longer the better

I have a question - as I've never entered a challenge before.

Can we enter with photos that are already uploaded? or does it have to be brand new (i.e. exclusive for the challenge?)

I don't think there's a rule that states it has to be a new photo, so yes you can use a previously uploaded photo.
