OK, I must be dumber than a doorknob because I can't for the life of me figure out what site wide vote ratio means. I've been away for a while. If you answer this question address me like I'm in kindergarten. That way I'll be sure to understand it.

6.0000:1 means, as an example, there have been 12,000 votes over the past 24 hours and there are 2,000 images in the system (these are fake numbers for an example). In general, with a site wide average like this, one would expect to receive an average of 6 votes per active image during a 24 hour period.
