Okay, I just went out to the dining room,

I was trying to use the phone jack with the blinking light..but I found something else..

I had it in TV mode but wasnt able to get it out of 2.8..but trial and error,,see I just DO things ...I really outta read first..

Anyway I put my 18-55mm lens on as I wanted to capture a bit more of the subject besides it's moving part..

I had to really turn the dial a lot to get it to 2"...well it looks like 2 INCHES to me..LOL....I'm goin "Huh?"...now what the he** are we using length measurements for...just another confusion (I assume) Men had to throw in there so that maybe us women would never get to nose in on their beloved art...LOL..totally just kiddin...hee hee....

Okay so I assume once I get it on 2" , in tv mode.. or manual..the rest is up to me right?

Thank you so much ..I swear you have the patience of a saint..lol...

I hope I can get a decent entry and that the challenge doesnt fill to fast.. Cool

LOL!!!! Not many see me as a "saint" these days. Although, in my religion, a "saint" is sometimes considered a "forgiven sinner"!!!!

Okay just so ya know, I was playin a lot tonight..

I haven't done that in a while..that is playin with the camera..

I am not sure about my lighting but it was fun and I will see what I got..I even had the kids helping me ...and it was that or the floor would be jiggling along with the table where I had my stuff .. Hehe

The little one had fun with my remote after I set it up..eeek..he didnt wanna give it up!

It was tough coming up with something that moves around here,,you would think there would be plenty of things with four kids...geesh Ishould just shot them dancin..lol...it would be totally blurry though and my pic would get a 2 BigGrin

..

I almost got away with one shot that I hand held BigGrin

Yes I just HAD to try it..
But don't worry I just used the table instead..

Thank you again,,umm perhaps I will just stick with the SIR Richard... Cool

I am glad Richard stepped in because I don't know the buttons on the XtI as I only got to play with it for a wee while over Christmas when my sister was here!

Zzzzzooooosie, lol, yes I know I AM definately goofy..heh heh..and things are too hard to explain to 3 and 6 year olds looking at me with that look about why I am laughing when they are not at the root of it.. Hehe
