I've enabled the certificates now. You can access them through your account page (at the bottom). You may need to do a refresh (CTL + Refresh) to get the links to show up. Please report any issues here.
Also, try printing and see how that works.

The certificate looks great! I didn't try to print it though!
On a different subject...the vote ratio in yellow in that box is really hard to read. You may want to choose a different colour as I had to highlight it to see what it said.

Hi Eric, Certificates looks great and far better than before, however I would like to pinpoint one thing, that in this new layout of certificates, the name of the photographer is missing from the certificate itself, wouldn't it be nice to have it back? Thanks and a great job done Eric.
